If you are a member of KSP, you can add images and blogs without taking any special steps. Just look to the left side bar for 'create content,' click on the link, choose 'blog' or 'image,' and follow the instructions to submit your post.
Members of groups can also submit 'group entries' to their groups. GROUP ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED TO A GROUP. If you submit a group entry without indicating which group you would like to receive it, the post will not be visible to anyone (other than the administrator) on the site.
If you would like to create a group, add material to the FAQ, or submit entries into the programs, you should contact admin. If your request is approved, you will be promoted to a 'contributor' of the site.
