Rules and Regulations - SLET 2008

• Registration: All guests are required to pay the guest fee ($ 20.00 online or $ 25.00 at the entrance) and secure a guest pass before entering the camp site.
• Camping and Parking: Only in designated areas. Every big group will be assigned to its own camping area (please follow the marking ). Parking on the curb site is allowed.
• Pets: Pets are welcome provided they are under strict control of the owner and pet owners adhere to the following regulations:
  • NO Pit Bulls, Rottweiler or ill-tempered, aggressive dogs allowed on the premises!
  • Pets must be attended and leashed AT ALL TIMES. ANY pets unattended at camp while you are away will be evicted.
  • Owners are to quiet dogs when they commence barking or being noisy.
  • Pet waste must be removed and properly bagged and disposed off in the dumpster.
  • Any pet biting anyone while on the premises shall be the full responsibility of its owner.
  • Owners of unleashed, uncontrolled noisy and biting pets will be cause for eviction from the premises at the discretion of org committee and without monetary refund.
• Conduct: While at the campsite, respectful and orderly conduct shall be maintained at all times. Loud foul language, obscenity, disorderly conduct towards other campers, their campsites, belongings, comfort and privacy will not be tolerated.
  If misconduct, abrasive and disrespectful behavior will be an issue, all the involved guests will be required to leave the premises immediately without monetary refund.
• Campfires: Are allowed in the designated areas (look for the fire pit on your site) but must be kept at a reasonable size and extinguished before retiring at night or leaving your campsite. No chopping, sawing or collecting down trees for firewood. Firewood can be purchased at the campground office.
• Camp Site Maintenance: Sites shall be kept in a well maintained condition. Upon departure from the campground, sites must be free from the trash, food leftovers or any other debris.
• Fireworks & Firearms: No fireworks or firearms of any kind are allowed on campground property.
• Breach of POLICY: Org Committee reserves the rights in its sole discretion to make changes to this Agreement at any time deemed necessary. By the discretion of the Org Committee, its members and representatives, breach of any of the above rules and regulations shall be cause for immediate eviction from the premises. In order to enforce these rules and regulations, and to avoid any potential disturbances during the Slet, Org Committee will use local police, and eviction may be cause for prosecution by law. There shall be no monetary refund for evictions.
